NCV8415STT1G

The NCV8412 is a three-terminal protected low-side smart discrete FET. Protection features include Delta thermal shutdown, overcurrent, overtemperature, ESD, and integrated drain-to-gate clamp for overvoltage protection. The device also provides fault indication through the gate pin. The device is suitable for harsh automotive environments.
